It was so lovely, but being on a tight budget, I didn't go right away. When I did, they were out and could not give me a date as to when the benches would be available, so I ordered one comparable, after reading the various reviews. Apparrently the box was not properly sealed because when UPS delivered it a couple of days ago, some of the bars came flying out, once we made sure that there were no missing parts & no bent bars, I went ahead & accepted it. The UPS guy did note on the receipt that the package was open. The back board and seat part were still in the box. So I figured it would be okay. Now that we have put it together, I see all kinds of scratches all over. It is has a bent part in the upper right corner of the backboard that was a little extra work in putting it together. It is a risk ordering certain things online because I don't like the hassle of returns. It will serve the purpose, and once I sand & touch it up with paint, it will be fine. but it did take some of the fun out of a "NEW" garden bench. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems like a good product for the price *by V***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 29, 2016* Good quality nice looking bench.
