I own a MIJ black label CE-2, but hate to take this effect with me to gigs for fear it will be damaged or stolen.  Bought a used CE-2B for $35, and decided to install this mod kit to see if I could make the CE-2B sound good enough for gigs.  All I gotta say is WOW!  I installed every mod offered in this kit, and the CE-2B now sounds every bit as good as my CE-2.  Also had the ability for much deeper chorus, which is cool for certain tunes.  You need to be decent with a soldering iron to modify the CE-2B, but the instructions provided are super clear and easy to follow!
