ValueRays One Year Replacement Warranty from the date of purchase on .com covers the replacement of a heated mouse, mouse hand warmer, detachable USB cord and heating element. For USA customers $11 per warranty. International customers $22 due to additional shipping fees for replacement items -- please purchase two warranties per product to ship the replacements outside of the USA. The warranty can be purchased when a product is purchased or within one year of the product's purchase date. After purchasing the one-year warranty, your  ValueRays item is covered for one year from its purchase date. Here's how the ValueRays Warranty works: Your order is placed, and you purchase the ValueRays Warranty at the time of the order. The ValueRays Warranty is active for one year with a replacement guarantee. Please Note - Each item requires its own warranty, and you will receive a replacement of one item covered under the warranty. Items covered for a replacement are: Heated Mouse, Mouse Hand Warmer, Detachable USB Cord, Heating Element (if available). If you purchased a warranty, and your product is no longer available, you will receive a comparable item or a refund for the warranty. When you purchase an "after-purchase" warranty, please email your order number and the name of the product you are covering under the warranty. To use the warranty for a replacement item, please contact us by email. Include your name, Order Number and Date of Purchase. Explain the problem.
