I am afraid I really do not like the taste of this tea so I blend it with other teas to make it more palatable. So if you struggle with the smell it maybe an idea to add some hibiscus 🌺 or camomile or any tea of your preference to it. It seems a good quality valerian and definitely smells the real deal. I think the product is quite expensive generally but this is a good size so I feel it does work out better value for money. Personally I didn’t notice a massive difference in my sleep quality but that is probably because I need to use it every night and I mixed it with other sleep aids. So I probably will try and stomach the smell and test it for sleep quality by taking it on its own.
