The center hole in the Skier mount is 3/8 and it has a series of other perimeter holes that are 1/4". Also this is a much cheaper solution than anything else I've found out there and it's crazy small (about the size of a cookie).I mounted a Ronin M to an old Bogen tripod with a newer Bogen Video head and used the Ronin thumb controller to do panning and tilting from afar.
