G r i p or other pens with thick grips. Why? - My fingers can hold the fat hexagon cushion for a while without getting tired; - the soft grip means my fingers don't slide off after a while; - no ink blotches or smears (at least so far); - the hexagon grip lets you remove the lanyard and the pen does not roll off your notebook or table; - it is not weighted (weighted pens help some fingers but not me; those hurt/tire out my fingers).This pen took some getting used to, forcing me to slow down during the learning curve, but other people can read my handwriting again! Maybe one day I'll once again get compliments on my handwriting. Thank you, Thixotropic! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Ink not great *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on 21 October 2022* Ink is "gloppy". Globs up at the tip. I see no advantages to a standard sized pen. I have weak hands due to peripheral neuropathy and cervical spinal stenosis. ### ⭐⭐ Not a great pen *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on 27 January 2021* I would have loved for this pen to have worked better for me. I haven’t been able to really grip a pen/write for awhile, so I thought I’d give one of these arthritis type pens a shot. I think it’d have worked better for me if it wasn’t a hexagonal grip. It’s extremely uncomfortable to hold and write with. You can’t really seem to find a good spot to hold it because it’s just all so awkward.
