This flashlight is amazing! SUPER bright and SUPER magnetic.

The body's finish seems to be anti scratch, and the paint hasn't scratched yet at all. The 200 Lumen front end light is nice and bright almost blinding when looked at directly but the real star is the 500 Lumen Floodlight that illuminates my entire warehouse basement practically. The magnetic base is also much stronger than some other similar models I've purchased in the past. Strong enough to lift my steel box cutter out of my tool belt holster with it on simple contact. I was struck by the quality of this thing for the price although I got lucky with a coupon. Great flashlight, quality manufacturer!

The side light has 3 brightness controls, if you hold the button for 5 seconds, the main flashlight will turn on. I like the strong magnet, sticks horizontally and vertically on any metal surface. It fits my old flashlight pouch.

Bought this flashlight before, but the batteries corroded and ruined it. I liked the flashlight so much, I bought it again. The batteries that came with the flashlight were dead. Put new Duracells in it and it works super fine. So, I've only had problems with the batteries. I've heard good durability reports about the Amazon batteries and I'm going with them next. Love the flashlight. Very bright. Anything I do, I like having it around. If I work on the truck, I just stick it to any convenient magnet compatible surface. If the power goes off, I have this flashlight immediately available to use. Changing a flat tire at night, I just stick it to the fender above the faulty tire and go to work. Weird thing, I actually missed this flashlight when the batteries corroded the previous one. Bought a look-a-like replacement that did not compare with the performance this one has. Great for setting up a campsite when you arrive after dark.

Nicron has been coming up with some fairly inexpensive and yet decent flashlight for a few years now and I have to admit I'm becoming a bit of a fan boy because they are inexpensive, durable and easy to replace. The WL15 is a dual LED flashlight & COB work light designed using high-end, aircraft grade aluminium alloy bodies along with an anodized coating for added durability. One of my issues with this light is the lumens rating on the COB LED. Nicron web page states that the WL15 is at; 500LM/300LM/100LM I believe it is more like; 300LM/200LM/100LM Currently I am using 3 energizer lithium AAA batteries. If I was to find 3 hi-output, Lithium Ion rechargeable batteries It may achieve that 500Lm Nicron states can be done. Now, if it was cased to handle an 18650 battery....well, we would be having a different conversation. Overall, I have yet to drop it yet because it has a decent neodymium magnet. Its slim enough to fit in most areas where I need light and I haven't yet seen what it acts like in winter conditions. I will revamp this review when that time comes. This isn't a bad little light. Far better then what you would find at a hardware store.

WOW!! I bought 1 to see what all the hype was about - OMG!! I bought 3 more to put around the house and in cars. These small (abt 6" long x 1/2" round) powerful flash lights are terrific and extremely versatile. They have a light at the top/end of the shaft if you only need a spot light or you can switch to the long (abt 2") bar light, which lights up a whole room - just amazing. However, they don't come with any instructions as to how to get each of the light positions to turn on. It took some fiddling with, but eventually I figured it out.

The tip light still works but after a few days the side light which I use the most at work stopped working. Wanted to really like this flashlight because it seemed quality and is very bright

I can’t really say how water resistant this may be as I have not had any exposure. I do like the good light and magnet is nice.
