One could modify all 4 rails by take off a 3/8-1/2 of corner material so the hinge work, but that's not my job. I'm returning the set. BTW I believe all solar hinge rails need the hinge flange to be wider that the attachment flange. Install wasn't hard, and so far my solar panel has been held solidly in place.
