Cannot open. *by B***T on Reviewed in the United States on June 16, 2017* Update 7-17-17One of the two i purchased can no longer be unlocked. The combination fails to allow the knob to turn rendering this permanently locked. I must now contemplate destroying my furniture to gain access to the contents. CANNOT RECOMMEND.Combination numbers get stuck. I purchased two of these and both of them have "sticky" combination dials. They do not scroll easily, and require quite a bit of force to move, often getting stuck. This makes locking and unlocking quite difficult and reduces security as now I don't want to move the number dial too far away from the unlock position because of the labor of of applying careful force to a tiny dial in an effort to move it.I also find that the rotating knob to be quite large and bulky. It drastically changed the appearance of my sleek nightstand. Since the installation requires permanently modifying your furniture or drawer (requires drilling a large 3/4" hole through the material), there's no way to undue the install. ### ⭐⭐ didn't fit or turn well *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2018* I found it confusing to try and measure my mailbox, then when I tried to install this there were tons of strange parts that didn't really fit, and it's still not working terribly well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fireman deterring lock *by S***K on Reviewed in the United States on July 22, 2019* Works well.
