**Q: does it fit Cateye HL-EL300 LED Bicycle Headlight**
A: Did a little research, and it looks like this bracket DOES fit the HL-EL300, plus many more Cateye lights. Here is a copy I found of the models it fits.  Fits Cat Eye HL-EL models 100, 110, 130, 135, 200, 210, 220, 300, 320, 500, 520, 530, 720RC, 730RC, 820RC and 830RC

**Q: Is this the handlebar mount for the cat eye opti cube?  i think the model is el-450?**
A: yes i think it is,, i put it on another bike and havent tried to transfer it from bike to bike ( the other bike is out of town or i would try it),, however it appeared identicle to me

**Q: Can I use this to attach my 300 to my helmet?**
A: I would say no. This is just meant for your handlebars.

**Q: Will this bracket work for cat eye opticube model hl-el 130/135?**
A: Yes it does. The cat eye website doesn't specify. But I took a gamble and it fits mine.
