Review: Bad knees approve! It's sturdy, effective exercise machine. I feel 20 years younger! - Great workout machine, sturdy enough for athletics or beginners, functional, and it does the job. Affordability makes it perfect for starting your home gym. You can finally enjoy your exercise that fits in your schedules and budget without breaking your bank to sign up for expensive gym memberships. Easy to assemble and use, it took me less than 30 minutes to put it together. It's very sturdy, heavy metal that seems durable enough for bigger frame people. It looks and feels like it will last. I'm only a couple months in but I use it 30-40 minutes daily. It works great. Sleek clean design and you can fold it to hang on a wall or put it away when you are done, save space. It's quiet, and I like the sturdy built-in adjustable resistance levels rod, you can increase it once you progress along to build up your strength. It also comes with two resistance bands that you can use for your arms or legs, plus the machine is heavy enough to hold it in place while you pull those elastic bands. I have a long way to go to regain my strength and my good shape back but with this thoughtful and effective design machine, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and knowingly that I can finally do squats, do more exercise everyday without further hurting my knees. **Q: My arms seem to do all the work. when i push up into the stand, my butt pops up off the seat & i don't feel it in my legs. what am i doing wrong?**
A: There are plenty of videos showing proper usage as well as different workout routines for exercising with this rower on Sunny Health & Fitness' YouTube channel. To me it sounds like you’re not using your lower body to perform the squat, which is the muscles you'll need to mainly focus on to really get that glute workout. Try emphasizing more on PUSHING your legs out rather than PULLING yourself up with each row.

**Q: Does the handle bars move or is that part stationary.**
A: The handle bars move all the way back and forth.  You have the option to use the straps on the handle bars or not for more of a work out.  I love this machine!

**Q: does the hydraulic cylinder give the machine a smoother motion, compared to the cheaper model?**
A: I think it's a very smooth and easy/fluid motion, yet it gets your heartrate really going and works all your big muscles.  I've had the machine for about 1 month now and absolutely love it.  (I'm a daily exerciser who is 6 ft tall and weighs 220).

**Q: Is this good for abs?**
A: It's more for you buttocks, legs and thighs. I've been using mine everyday since I bought it, I love it. I have not seen any change in my abs.

I knew from day one that this machine would not become another glorified clothes hanger! I've had a few of those over the years. This is a professional level, solidly built, full body exercise machine. I could feel the burn after the first use. It's very intuitive to use. And you can isolate various body parts from your arms to your back, your legs, your abs & your buns! Or you can just follow the natural flow to stretch & strengthen your entire body without stressing your joints. The excercise intensity is hydraulically controlled & has a range of 12 settings. It also comes with a digital monitor to track your progress. I work from home, so this is perfect to use throughout the day when I take breaks from my desk. It glides through it's paces smoothly & quietly. It takes up very little space & can be folded away. I am 76 years old & assembled it by myself in less than an hour. THERE'S NOTHING NOT TO LOVE!
