This same rabbit hole is why my apartment is loaded with the most random of kits, BBQ/Hot sauce making kits, Macha tea kit/serving tray. You know what I mean, we've all been there. After opening up the mop, the Velcro to attach the pads was a nice touch I didn't see coming. This thing is incredibly easy to use and super light, I can get it anywhere, under the couch where only the Roomba dares to go and hardly willingly. Except when I drop something that will manage to always find its way to the dead center of the couch so I have to crawl around like I'm going spelunking just to find my right Air Pod. Anyway, I ended up using the pads not only for the mopping but I found them so easy and quick to do a light dusting for cat hair that I found myself cleaning the joint 5 minutes here, 5 minutes there. I've used 3-4 other methods over the past 20 years on my wood laminate floor but nothing is easier, cleans better, is safe for wood laminate and is less expensive than using Turbo Mop. Put on pad on, spray the surface with your favorite cleaner After you that you take that pad off and put the second pad on and go over surface one more time.
