Highly recommended for workout and strech your body. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The plastic lock mechanism broke after some time. *by A***R on November 6, 2025* I purchase this in early 2000's but after 10 or 12 years the plastic straps snapped when I was hanging and I was concern of falling all the way to the floor. Now I reorder this again but knowing that plastic have a short life , so be careful and check after 3 or 5 years. Also do not stay hanging too long because I use to hang over 3o minutes and I damage my SI joint because over stretched ligaments, probably a couple of minutes is enough. Other than that they are relatively well made. You can hang or do some reversed sit ups or crunches or side to side stretching.
