May not be for everyone, but was excellent for me *by J***K on October 24, 2015* Recently received the product and am liking what I see. This will be an initial review, I may follow up with durability comments in the future.First off the product came very promptly, shipping only took 3 days total. I usually wear a medium and ordered a medium for the shirt. I'm glad that I didn't go with a size up or down, as the shirt fit me perfectly. I liked that the shirt fit very snug around the target chest area. I don't have too much body fat so the shirt did nothing to compress my stomach, but I can see the shirt slightly tucking in a bigger belly as well, although nowhere near as tightly as the chest. The shirt outline ridges can be seen through white/thin shirts, is barely noticeable under colored shirts, and is pretty much completely hidden under darker shirts. Under light button ups and polos it has a very low profile, and even if it is seen it just looks like an average tank top undershirt. The material is very comfortable to wear for long hours, although I have yet to undergo strenuous situations where I would sweat so I don't know too much about its breathability. From what I can tell though it shouldn't be too much of a concern.The shirt did a great job hiding my chest, and I was very pleased in the overall shaping of my body while wearing the shirt. That said, I think the shirt is best designed for men who are somewhat in shape. I am an athletic guy with moderate gynecomastia, and while my case was just as psychologically damaging, physically I may have been better suited for this product. I think guys with higher levels of body fat may have some issues fitting properly in this shirt, and I'm not sure how the shirt would work for transgenders looking for extreme compression. Keep in mind that this shirt is only a quick fix, but it's also a good idea to consider healthy lifestyle changes to lower bodyfat or consider proper surgery options to completely correct the condition.I agree that the shirt is a little tricky to put on/take off, but otherwise it would compromise its compression purposes.Overall I am very pleased with the product, and would personally recommend it to anyone who is dealing with gynecomastia. If you're unsure and borderline about it, buy one and try it out. Although I agree the price seems a little expensive for just a tank top, it certainly is a lot cheaper than other products and options available. I took a leap of faith and am very glad with the great improvements in my confidence and posture, which made the purchase well worth my investment and left me so satisfied I came back to leave this long review. I hope durability is not an issue in the long run, and will most likely order again in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐ It's an OK shirt, does what it claims to an extent *by C***1 on August 21, 2015* I can't say I have tried other products but this one does OK. I ordered two of these 1 3x and 1 2x (I am losing weight and wanted to be prepared and try them out). They seem to do their job in the chest area. Be very sure to get your measurements though in your chest otherwise you can order 1 and its virtually worthless. I have used the 3x up until a couple days ago when I lost that few extra to be at the top end of the 2x range which is fine with me I don't mind the tight fit, it doesn't cut into my neck or body just seems to be tight and once you get used to that snug feeling its great. Only real concern I have with it is the mid section. The shirts LOVE to ride up to just below my chest area then I have to find a bathroom take my over shirt off and then straighten everything out. It's an absolute pain. I tried running in them to no avail rode up didn't really do its job, but if I am out walking around going to a ball game not doing anything to strenuous they seem to do their job hiding everything else pretty well. I am looking for other items that work better. I bought these shirts and it tucked everything in to give him back his confidence. He has now made lots of new friends, is happier and lost weight but still wears the undershirt.
