But that did give me a chance to see that for a family of two, I needed a smaller unit. This one fills that bill. It is a nice size, has worked great the times I have used it so far and is very sharp. Do not try to brush bits off the blades with your fingers! On the first use, i did learn that because of the units size it works better if I quarter rather than half the onions. (I used the smallest chop available.) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Dicer but Be Careful *by T***B on Reviewed in the United States on March 17, 2017* I've only used the small dicing grid so far. Works great, making perfect little cubes really fast and much easier than chopping by hand. Watch your finger,though. My fingers hit a blade when putting fruit in it.
