I love it! It's completely flexible and is apparently well binded because there's no sign of a loose page or gap anywhere. Though the paper is not Tomoe River and is not quite as thin as that, it is exceptionally smooth and silky and appears to be high quality. I have not tested it with different inks yet so I can't attest as to bleed through but I do not anticipate any problems with that. I got the square graphed paper and the squares are perfectly even and subtle enough that there's no distraction while writing. The company showed concern that my purchase was satisfactory and that is a big plus! This is a wonderful high quality journal for a decent price and I'll be ordering another one soon. It's not the neon white of a standard composition book or school loose leaf. It's not yellow or biege or even quite Ivory.
