Mario's head is plastic and moves side to side. His arms are rubbery, flexible and adjustable. The candy looks like little jawbreakers, just not as hard, with a flavor reminiscent of Sweet Tarts.I got these for my son's Nintendo party and my kids thought they were terrific. Actually, they were enthralled with the idea. The reality is the candy has been laying around in the open and has yet to be finished almost a week after the party. The toy container has not been touched.Truth be told, my kids are not big on candy. It did fit our theme perfectly and served its purpose to excite. It made a good party favor.
