Several of the coping strips arrived chipped on the ends.  This didn't bother me too much as I thought they would still serve the intended purpose.  We used the coping strips to install the liner on our pool and they did not hold the liner well at all and kept coming off.  I was going to return them but looking at their return policy and it is basically a joke so I am just out the money spent for a product that does not work.
