They are soft and lessen sounds while I sleep. I can still hear things like my alarm though, so it’s perfect for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not the smallest, but a quality ear plug *by R***F on May 10, 2026* These were too large for my ears, so I had to give away the remainder of the packet after trying them for just one night. But they performed as they should - squished down well and held shape while I inserted them, then blocked a good amount of noise. They are made of soft rebounding foam. If you have very narrow and sensitive ear canals, these might not be small enough for you. In my photos I compared these Mack's Dream Girl (pink) to Hearos Nanos (orange) and Peace and Quiet Small (yellow). You can see slight size and shape variations.
