Still - it's cheap enough to replace and versatile enough to accept buying a new one twice a year. Not effective, my puppy pulls hard it was a last resort since training her seems to be not working at first. We tried the mouth harness, chest harness and everything else. After using a different leash attachment only on the chest area, my puppy does not pull anymore.Also, the quality is okay..
