After searching for the part for weeks, I sent a note about it through the Danze website form answering all their sternly worded questions about putting in my address, etc. After about 3 weeks, they just mailed me a new part - no questions asked, with no additional communication (except notification that it was coming) after THREE years of using the faucet. The faucet has a nice weight, is beautiful and works great - sprayer too (we just spray it into the sink after turning the faucet off so it doesn't leak). I got a Danze soap dispenser too - it's OK. But the faucet is amazing, and we so appreciate the excellent customer service.
