Solid purchase.
Great hat. Bought it for work, gets treated like a work hat, keeps up like a work hat. Few folds from bumping my head but can't really blame the hat for that. Especially when you can just work the folds back out. Great hat. Couldn't be happier.

A Resistol Hat at a Reasonable Price!
RESISTOL Ringer - (7X) Bangora Straw Cowboy Hat Size 7 1/2. We’re getting ready for my grandson’s wedding in Texas. We live in Oregon. The hat arrived in a large box with a little padding and no additional pads to fit the hat as mentioned by others. Luckily all I needed was a little of the tissue paper that came with the hat, fitted under the hat band, to get a perfect fit. It appears to be a fine Resistol 7X hat. It is pre-shaped but just dropping it into a box caused the front brim to flatten a little in shipping. Wearing the hat a bit and keeping it in a proper storage platform got the shape back. The price from Amazon was about one half of what my local store wanted to charge (including the shipping charge). The hats (store and Amazon) look exactly alike. I think the purchase was a real bargain.

Nice hat comfortable little too plastic but dose the trick for a basic hat. The size are not exact i have a 23inch head and according to the other reviews it’s supposed to be 7 1/4 I ordered 7 1/2 it’s a little lose but it stays on you head nice
