A: No these are designed for 1/2 inch outside diameter hard tube.

**Q: would these work with 13mm/10mm rigid tubes?**
A: Primochill website indicates that it will only work with 12mm tubing when you use the 12mm O-rings. A 1/2 an equals 12.7mm and knowing that these have just a little wiggle room when they are used on 1/2 tubing I do not think they will work on 13mm tubing without deforming the tube and therefore eventually causing it to fail

**Q: What is the diameter of these fittings on the outside at its widest point? i need to try to fit it i'm on a radiator that has lian li unifans mounted.**
A: 24 millimeters, or about 15/16ths of an inch.
