It's not ridiculously spicy, just some pleasant heat, good tomato-y flavor, and the nuts are of great quality. Fresh, crunchy but not rock hard. It's cayenne pepper based heat, so it's easy on the tongue; more of a back of the throat/nose heat. My only complaint is that they're a little too salty. Reduce the salt by about 10% and I'd say these were fantastic. Mr. Nutrition/Flavor Engineer, remember that heat acts as a flavor enhancer, too. You don't need as much salt as plain-jane almonds.
