The small screws are a little tricky but one of the included screwdrivers is magnetized which helps a lot. Do it over a cloth or some non-bouncy and easy to see surface. I also powered up the screen before I put the last screws in to see if it worked. Its bright, its clear the button, mic and camera work awesome. Included glass screen protector is quality.My son and I now have two Pokemon catching machines. I just got the mobile plan with unlimited data and mobile hotspot so I figure we can now both play at the same time by attaching my old phone to my hotspot. It was the full assembly resulting in the fastest screen replacement I've done.Cons: Only one. I read in other reviews about the potential for a hard to seat cable. One of the leads coming off of the replacement screen needs to be carefully forced into place. The connection is correct, just one of the ribbon cables is a little too big.I gave this 5 stars even with the weird fit because it worked, and is the best priced item.
