It arrived in not the best condition. It looked like it was returned and they just threw it in another box without looking it over. It came partly assembled along with lots of grease and pet hair and scratches. The pedals won't snap on, the arms are not level. From pictures I've looked at, it seems like the top where arms connect are not exactly level but on mine they are so far off, pedals won't snap on evenly, one side goes on but then pops off when I snap other end on.
