This master switch works well but the keys are made cheaply and there’s a bit of wiggle room in the locked position, they work though, and for a good price.

Installation is extremely easy, simple operate and reliable. Use as added security on my ‘57 Chevy.

Use to power a trailer winch. Still working like new. I bought another to lock out a automobile battery power. No failure.

I heard that these were cheap knock offs of the discontinued Duralast kill switches I have in other vehicles, so I threw them in the garbage, and bought the most expensive kill switch I could find. The expensive replacement doesn't have a removable key, but I'm more confident the car won't burn up. I just spent $11000 on an engine (540) and another $11000 on a tranny and rear, so why be thrifty here? The car already has a kill switch on the coil for theft, plus an alarm, so I really don't need the red key on this car. They looked nice, and came quickly, so I give them 5 stars. Based on hearsay, I decided "Why take a chance?", and threw them out.

The plastic turning knob is not sized correctly and the plastic is weak. I would NOT recommend this brand.

Only thing i would want different is to be able to remove the key when in the on position. Easy to install on my travel trailer and seems very well built.

I like this simple design.It is not for ultra security, but they last a long time.

i used it for the camper , when im not there nothing is draining my battery , i think they are good for the price you cant go wrong thank you
