If this is the case, yes this intake will work but you will have to elongate the four center bolt holes. These holes are on each side of the carb and they bolt almost straight down instead of slanted like the other eight. With a little work you will be able to get it to line up. The gaskets are a sure fit, just the center bolts need a little drilling. I have been running my 1989 chevy 350 TBI with this modification for a year now and no prolems.
