My pug has severe overheating issues and this immediately cools her down every time! You have to put it in the freezer for 15 minutes, I got a second one so I could have them on rotation. My first one has lasted me over two years, and it's not dead yet! A little fraying but doesn't affect the durability or function at all. You would think she wouldn't like getting it put on but she comes right up to me because she knows it helps her feel more comfortable! She looks pretty funny for a little bit, but she's a great sport and doesn't mind! She will go from wheezing to no panting at all in seconds!
