Is this the correct fob for the power pole micro?

You have to check and see if your micro anchor has CM1 or CM2 version of the C-Monster Control System. This remote is only for the anchors with CM2.

Will it work with Powerpole sportmans 2?

It depends on what generation sportsman2 you have... If your Sportsman2 has black and blue plastic hoses then NO. You would need a C-Monster1.0 hand remote. OR you can also look at your dash remote. If your current dash remote is black with gray and teal buttons. Then NO again you would need a C-Monster1.0 remote. If your Sportsman2 has high pressure black rubber hoses OR if your dash remote is black with grey and orange buttons then YES this remote for the CM2.0 units. Make note: There is an additional hand remote available for Power Poles canned a MAG-SYNC remote. IT WILL NOT WORK WITH either CM1.0 or CM2.0 Power Poles. Rich @ Hydrilla Gear 1-800-FISH-IT

Will this work with a ShoreStation 5,000# hydraulic lift?

Good Morning, This particular remote controller is only compatible with JL Marine's Power Pole Shallow Water Anchors that have the C-Monster 2.0 system in them.
