Light enough to carry with I go for a walk for a couple of miles. That is why I brought it. I was at a friends house and she gave me one of her when we went for a walk. She had the stainless steel one and gave me the plastic one. But when ordering, I brought the stainless steal. I am finding I walk around the house with it, when finished I fill it up to remind me to keep hydrated. It's too small for me if playing a sport or in the gym exercising.
