These products fit very nicely into my workout routine and are constantly being switched back and fourth from my dumbbells to my ceiling mounted pull up bar. When my Globe Gripz arrived, I went into my garage gym and began to experiment with them. I learned quickly that they did not fit well on my pull up bar and tended to spin when I initiated a hang. I found that they do fit on my hex dumbbells, but that they are hard to keep centered on the dumbbell and tend to slide toward one end. I also found that my standard barbell was too small and that they did not fit tight enough causing the grips to slide out of my desired position. I was pretty sure that I was about to be disappointed, until I put the Globe Gripz on my olympic straight bar. First thing that I noticed was that they fit perfectly and do not move around on the bar. The second and most important thing that I notice was how natural it felt to pick up the bar with the grips in your hands. I was able to do straight bar curls and revers grip bent rows, without any pain or discomfort. These are two particular exercises that I have left out of my workout routine for several years now, due to inner elbow pain.
