this is the soother - it's a lavender rice or flax seed pack, with a fun, removable washable cover - heat it up or cool it down to provide instant, soothing relief from aches, pains, bumps and bruises! great for children and adults!you choose rice or flax seed filler at check out - rice is a bit heavier (9.5ounces) and flax seed lighter (6.5ounces). both fillers are scented with lavender essential oil to provide soothing, calming relief and care instructions are the same.all soothers come tagged with use and care instructions, and measure approximately 8"x4.5": to heat - microwave soother on high in 30 second increments until it reaches desired temperature (parental supervision required) to cool - store in a ziploc bag in the freezer for at least one hour to wash (cover only) - remove cover, machine wash cold, tumble dry low, warm iron if needed to refresh scent - add a few drops of lavender (or your favorite) essential oil to inside pouch
