These work great, easy install and are bright. I have installed on two previous trucks and will use this brand in the future. The sequential flash that moves left to right is great to grab attention. Reason why it does this is because the inside lights turn on gradually and off gradually therefore full power to the led lights aren't there which causes the flickering. I have no way of switching the settings to instant on and instant off fir the courtesy lights.
