NOTE: If the output current or power is more than 2.5A or 35W, you’d better enhance the heat dissipation. Output Power: 60W (max), recommended to use within 50W. NOTE: Please reduce the power when the difference between input and output voltage is large. Operating Temperature: -20~+70℃ NOTE: Pay attention to the temperature of the power tube when using this module, please strengthen heat dissipation if it exceeds 70℃. Wiring: Terminals or solder terminals; VIN means input; VOUT means output. Protections Short circuit protection: Yes (currently constant current value) Over temperature protection: Yes (automatically turn off the output if over-temperature) Tips: There is an additional fan opening on the bottom of the module shell, which can be used to add a fan. Input reverse polarity protection: Yes Output anti-backflow: Yes Voltage Calibration If you find that the measuring values are not accurate, please do as follow: In the condition of power off, hold press the “SET” button and power on to enter the voltage calibration mode, at this time the LCD screen starts to flash. Then release the “SET” button, press the “SET” button to increase voltage value while press the “ENT” button to reduce, till the input voltage value is correct. e.g. If input voltage is 12.65V, adjust the voltage value to 12.65V. It will automatically be saved after 2 seconds, then power off the module to finish calibrating. Review: Nice, compact power supply. - I'm using this as a 13.8 volt power supply to run a 5 watt amateur radio using 4 18650 cells, so there's really no risk of over temp conditions. The voltage output is stable and accurate, measured with a Fluke 87 V. I initially considered assembling my own power supply, but the DROK is a better choice. Assembly and use are easy, and although the included instructions are a bit clunky (for lack of a better term) there are a handful of videos on Y-tube that help to clarify operation.

- NOTE --- 1). Constant current adjustable means that CC mode only works when the actual load output current is greater than the setting one, otherwise it will work in a constant voltage state, not the current is adjusted to 2A, then it will become 2A for any load being connected. And if the CC value to be adjusted is small, adjust “ADJ-I” counterclockwise a few more times to change. 2). The case is packaged disassembly to avoid damage during transit. It needs to be manually installed.

I'm using this as a 13.8 volt power supply to run a 5 watt amateur radio using 4 18650 cells, so there's really no risk of over temp conditions. The voltage output is stable and accurate, measured with a Fluke 87 V. I initially considered assembling my own power supply, but the DROK is a better choice. Assembly and use are easy, and although the included instructions are a bit clunky (for lack of a better term) there are a handful of videos on Y-tube that help to clarify operation.

### ⭐ Poor/nonexistent quality control

The first of these units arrived without electronics or assembly hardware. I returned it and requested a replacement. The replacement had the following problems: 1. No assembly instructions. This was not a big problem, as it is pretty obvious how the unit is to be assembled, but a simple diagram would have saved the few minutes needed to dope this out. 2. Minimal operating instructions. Basically it consists of notes on the pictures of the unit. 3. The output voltage could not be adjusted. As the pot controlling this was turned, the output voltage went from the full input value (11.4 volts in this case) to less than 1 volt, with nothing in between. 4. The display flickers and the output current was not displayed in any of the four display modes. 5. There was some evidence that I received a unit that had been previously used. The LCD display had a small scratch and a number of smudges on it. Also, there was an irregularly shaped strip of aluminum plate stuck to the "Power Supply Chip" on the circuit board. This was not a heat sink (no fins), but there was a conventional heat sink (referred to as a cooling fin) included with the hardware package. I returned the second unit for credit rather than replacement, as it is obvious this company's quality control is nonexistent.
