Easy exchange
First drive didn't work, but the exchange was easy and the second drive seems to be working well.

This trade did not work and since I broke seals I can't even return this thing.
This tray wasn't even open. I swapped boards and still wouldn't read a disc and this tray had issues opening. And can't even return this item. What a waste of cash.

Received two broken Xbox 360 disk drives
The first Xbox 360 disk drive I received would not open/eject. So, I requested a replacement. The second drive I received would not read discs. They didn’t test the drives before sending them out.

Cleaned and lubricated by seller
Drive appears to have been cleaned and lubricated. After flashing drive firmware it worked in my system. There were a few minor reading issues initially but after using the drive a few times it is now reading the disc every time.
