Sits from 5.5ft up to 8ft! So simple to set up and toss some feed in. The elite model is a must have if you want your feeder high off the ground! Cool that you can mount up to 3 game cameras on it too for different angles in open fields! Review: There are a pletheora of feeders available and making the right decision is hard. This is easy to put together even if you don't have instructions. You can do it by yourself and have it running in a couple minutes. It's a cinch to set up and is pretty foolproof. I can't attest to the durability of this but it seems to be well built. I loaded 150# of corn in it on day one without problem. My only complaint is there isn't a way to make the feeder directional out of the box, but with a little piece of rubber and 2 rivets (or screws) you can easily remedy that.
