I was skeptical of the quality given the low asking price. I was wrong, this stick is great!It comes nicely packaged in a box and includes a velvet drawstring carrying bag. It has a grippy rubber handle that is easy to hold onto. Fully collapsed it is a little under 7.5" long, which is only about an inch longer than my phone (Note 4). Fully extended it's a bit over 29" long, which is plenty long to get your phone in front of you to get a nice portrait. I included an example selfie I took with this stick.The spring loaded phone holder expands from ~2.5" to ~3.25", which is big enough to hold my Note 4 inside a pretty bulky case. The phone holder has a fully adjustable hinge so you can adjust it to any angle. It also folds all the way back around the handle for storage.The shaft sections each have an indexing groove that prevents the nested sections from rotating within each other. This prevents your phone from falling down to the underside of the stick. I previously had a selfie stick that lacked this feature, and it was virtually unusable. This one has no problems. I would strongly advise looking for this feature in any selfie stick you are considering.Wired selfie sticks have some advantages over wireless ones. Wireless sticks must have a battery. You have to remember to charge it or your selfie stick doesn't work. You also have to pair it with your phone and make sure it stays connected. The battery also adds weight and cost. A wireled selfie stick just has a small wire that plugs into your headset jack. You may have to enable a feature on your phone to allow the volume button to work as a shutter button. My phone had this enabled by default so the selfie stick button took a picture without changing any settings.So far I'm shocked at how good this thing is considering the low asking price. I don't see any reason you would pay for a more expensive one. As I use it more if my opinion changes I will update this review. I took lots of pictures of the item.
