Can i connect with it usb stick?

There is no USB connection, it's Bluetooth only. It's a fab speaker though!

I’ve been charging it now for 2 hours, when I unplug it it’s not working, am I charging it enough or could it be a faulty one?

Have you tried holding the power button down for a few seconds rather than just a quick press.... I thought mine was faulty when I first got it until I realised you ha e to hold the button for a few seconds and it makes a dull beeping sounds and a little blue light near the power button comes on
