My Nutritionist recommended this water filter to me since living on a sailboat making me space limited for an Osmosis filter.  I've been using this filter for several years.  Living in Florida with high sulfur content making the water taste gross.  I finally have an excellent good reliable filtration system that gives me the purest water next to Osmosis or a Desalination.  To be honest, I must also say that I have another housing running parallel which houses a high quality ceramic filter which is the 1st stage of filtration.  That idea was from when I had an activated carbon filter which has been replace with the Aquametix.  I opted to keep the ceramic as a 1st stage prior to the Aquametix.  If your interested in your health, you need to be drinking and cooking with the cleanest water possible.
