I cancelled when they tried to continue charging me through the pandemic. Early on I made the decision that I would train at home and avoid gyms. I ordered this bar on the 17th of March, it arrived on the 21st, and it's been a vital part of keeping me sane. Since then I've built up my equipment supply (Rogue Ohio Power Bar, rack, bench, bumper plates, heavy resistance band), but this bar has a special place in my heart. I named her Arya, because she's been my little warrior. Even using all of the standard weights I owned (the largest being tens) I was only able to get up to 155lbs, but I had to keep moving and this little barbell allowed me to do just that, even without a rack. Front squats, Back Squats, Zercher squats, Overhead Presses, Floor Presses, Rows, Landmine presses and rows (use a corner with a towel), curls, front raises, I did them all with this bar. It's a cheap bar. You can definitely buy a better bar, and if you lift seriously and long enough you'll outgrow this bar very quickly. This five star review is mostly rooted in sentiment. This is me expressing my gratitude for a sturdy, inexpensive piece of equipment which allowed me to train during less than peaceful times. My mind has been wrecked by the goings-on in the world, but this bar, she helped me through some of the toughest days. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The 60" holds a lot more than 200lbs. UPDATED *by T***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2018* I got the 60" bar which claims to have a 200 pound capacity, but it just held up 350 with no problems. I'm not sure if it bent, or how much while I was lifting, my focus was elsewhere at the moment.I'm sure the safety conscience out there are screaming the their screens about me overloading the bar, but I'm sure I can get 400lbs on this thing before I would begin to worry.For the price you can't go wrong.UPDATED: 400lbs with no problem, but I don't think I'm going to take it higher than that. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality 1" Weight Bar 60" *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 30, 2020* Well made 60 inch bar with good chrome finish. I have looked at it closely and didn't find any defects. I know that it's just a bar for weights but seems to be good quality at a resonable price. It comes with a round rubber washer on each end where the weights hit to absorb the sound. This bar was sold as a CAP Barbell bar and when it arrived it came in a plastic slip labeled CAP Barbell and the bar itself has a silvery brand sticker with CAP Barbell on the sticker. Under the brand, the sticker says, "Made in China". It's a tiny sticker and is not at all noticible unless you look for it because the sticker matches the bar. I'm sure that I could remove the sticker but I probably won't. I weighed the bar on an accurate digital scale and it is 13.6 lbs or 6.17 kg. As for the other measurements, the end sections that hold the weights is 11 3/4 inches on each side. The center grip area length is 35 1/2 inches.
