I don't know where you can get new bolts and screws. This easel was the biggest piece of junk I ever purchased. It fell apart. The board came apart. Horrible. I threw it in the trash!

How tall are the easel for kids at the tallest setting?

34.6 inch (the taller easel legs) it would say it is pretty tall. Probably a good height for 7-10 year old.
