For the first couple of months the PlayMG worked fairly well although there were quite a few apps that would not install and gave the message "app will not work with your version of Android". At the end of February, the screen suddenly stopped working. I could tell there was activity because there were vertical lines that changed colors. I reset the device numerous time with the same result.I contacted customer support and they were initially very responsive. They said they would replace it and gave me return information and i sent it back on March 6th. And that was the last time I heard from them. When it froze up, the only way to turn it off was to let the batter run dead... this happened numerous times so we decided to return it for a refund.
