## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it possible to return this chair for a refund if it isn’t a good ergonomic fit for me?**
A: I believe that it is possible to return an item within limited time window. The problem that I see is, returning it in it's original packaging. It arrives disambled, and tthen you assemble it. To take it appart again and pack it in the original materials would be quite a job; then you have to get it to a location they will collect it from.  I found the chair uncomfortable with extended use.
I suggest that you look at: SONGMICS Drafting Stool Chair with Armrest, Mesh Office Chair, Ergonomic Painting Chair with Height Adjustable Footrest, 360° Swivel Task Stool. This is desogned for working at a draghting board or a ,standing desk'.  It allows me so sit at 6" (30cm) higher than a standard office chair, with adjustment to spare.

I have two replacement hips and spend a lot of time working on a computer. The office-style chair I was using became progressively less comfortable as pressure on the thigh became painful; Cushions did not help. As I hoped, the saddle design took that pressure away and I can work a full day comfortably. The first pleasent surprise was that it went together easily, in a matter of minutes. The second was the range of height adjustment; from a low stool to bar-stool hight. The extra hight helps me. Low chairs are a problem for me. Two warnings: the horn at the front is very fierce. You have to stand up straight, no sliding forward, but the tilt on the hips helps spinal posture; and there is design defect in that the chair back slides down, no matter how tight you turn the adjuster; I squeezed glue into the gaps, and that fixed it. I am well pleased with the final result.
