Review: First, read the directions on the top regarding releasing the pressure under which it's packed slowly prior to opening. If opened too quickly a cloud of coffee appears. Second, it's a robust roast. It's very rich in flavor without a bitter or burnt taste. Brewing a pot on a bold setting resulted in a very enjoyable cup of coffee which I prefer to drink black. I will try a normal brew with my next pot. I expect to prefer the deeper, richer and noticibly stronger bold setting.

First, read the directions on the top regarding releasing the pressure under which it's packed slowly prior to opening. If opened too quickly a cloud of coffee appears. Second, it's a robust roast. It's very rich in flavor without a bitter or burnt taste. Brewing a pot on a bold setting resulted in a very enjoyable cup of coffee which I prefer to drink black. I will try a normal brew with my next pot. I expect to prefer the deeper, richer and noticibly stronger bold setting.
