Pretty easy instructions but adult help is needed at first to show how it works. I am not sure why this is getting such bad reviews. I do think they need to re-think how the neck, arms and legs can be a bit sturdier. Next time I think I would build it up with a small amount of plain felt (which is pretty cheap). It really isn't all that hard, but with that being said it is for an older child. Our daughter is almost 9 and is very crafty and loves to slop with water, so it was perfect for her. It isn't super durable but it is a pretty neat craft. I would recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Result looks like it should, but making it is quite involved *by W***U on September 3, 2016* I got this product despite the large number of negative reviews, also because my little daughter urged me to get it. It is relatively inexpensive, so there was little risk in the purchase. The preparation process is simple enough: put fluffy stuff a mould, put a solution of dishwasher soap on it and wash in the laundromat and put it in the dryer. While that sounds simple, it is actually pretty labor intensive and requires 2 passes in the laundromat essentially without any clothes or other things in it, closing the mould requires some strength so a child is not likely to do this on their own.The cat came out about as on the picture and has held together so far, so from that point it is an ok product, the work, time and wasteful laundromat usage does not necessarily make this a recommended product ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fun *by M***E on December 31, 2018* Get ready to do some laundry once you've finished the molding process!
