Very good value product that is simple and easy to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An odd application with the iPad...but it works! *by R***K on July 27, 2019* I have spotty wireless internet at my house and prefer wired internet were possible. This was not a problem for most of my devices that have a Ethernet port built in, but in the case of the iPad, that becomes a problem. After doing many hours of research trying to figure out what I was going to need in order to get wired internet on my iPad I discovered it really was not as complicated as I made it out to be. All you need are three things, this adapter, the iPad adapter with lighting connector in and USB in, and a power brick with lightning cable to connect into the Apple adapter. I used both a 10w and 12w Apple power brick and both work fine. A 5w adapter most likely will not provide enough power to charge the iPad and use the adapter at the same time but was untested by myself. Once all of this is connected, there might be a window that appears in the middle of the screen that tells you that the Apple adapter is updating. After that is done, go to settings on the iPad and a brand new setting will appear where you can adjust the wired networking settings for the iPad just like you would for the wireless networking.
