Certainly, appears they all come out of the same (or basically the same QC level) factories. We've bought a couple of batches of these over the years as stocking stuffers. Most have at least a couple DOA's in the recent purchases. Taking them apart the electrical work is terrible, universally cold solder joints. The last 2 DOA's have the wires from the coil to the circuit boards wrong. One has both coil wires to the same contact (that ain't gonna work). The other only has one coil wire soldered to the circuit board (and.. that ain't gonna work either.) Fixing would be simple except the coil wires are beyond tiny.
