**Q: Why isn't my cake steamer heating up? I just bought it over the weekend and I have been following all procedures but no results. I need help please!**
A: Must be burnt out.   This was the worst steamer I ever bought.  When it does heat up. Half the water spits out ruining what your working on.   Return it is my advise

**Q: can this product be used in England**
A: Yes

**Q: Does it make the fondant sticky?**
A: If you oversteam it yes

**Q: Is there a difference between a cake steamer and a fabric steamer?? If so what?**
A: No not really , but I don’t like this one it spits big globs of water out and has ruined quit a few of my fondant cakes by soaking them.
