I only use these when i Tee off went an iron. **Q: what is the height of the tee when inserted upto the yellow band and when the yellow band fully inserted?** A: You would be looking at 1 1/2" from the top of the yellow band and about 2 1/4 from the bottom. It is not likely the Tee would stay in the ground if it is just inserted to the bottom tip. Hope that helps.
